Repaint is a creative arts and visual sharing platform where users express themselves through AI-enhanced imagery, social interaction, and artistic exploration. The App is free to use. Revenue is generated through in-app advertising including rewarded, interstitial, and native ads. No payment is required to access core functionality.
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and access all features of this App. Repaint is available on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users who have not completed age verification cannot access mature-rated content.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal mobile device (Android or iOS) for personal, non-commercial purposes. The App is distributed through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Installing or distributing the App from any other source is not permitted.
All rights to the App — including the visual processing pipeline, image enhancement system, filtering logic, UI/UX design, and source code — are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer.
You may not:
— Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute the App or any of its components
— Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
— Use the App or its technology for commercial purposes without written permission
— Attempt to extract, replicate, or repurpose any part of the visual processing system
The App and its components may not be used for research, training datasets, machine learning model development, or educational reproduction without explicit written permission from the developer.
Repaint is designed to give users full control over their experience:
— Block any user instantly. Blocked users cannot interact with you in any way.
— Report any post you find inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms.
— Delete any of your posts at any time.
— Delete your account permanently at any time from Profile > Settings. All associated data and content will be permanently removed.
— Decline message requests without obligation.
— Control your content visibility through category tagging and the Mature Content toggle.
You are never required to share personal information with other users.
You retain full ownership of the content you create and share. By posting on Repaint, you grant the App a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are solely responsible for what you upload. By posting, you confirm that you own the necessary rights and that the content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Repaint is an artistic platform. The App does not encourage or promote nudity, eroticism, or sexual content. However, art in its many forms may include depictions of the human body, eroticism, or other mature themes — and Repaint respects that dimension of artistic expression.
If a user chooses to share content of this nature, the App's automated AI classification system will attempt to detect it and automatically assign it to the Mature category. This classification uses an on-device TFLite NSFW detection model. This classification system may not be 100% accurate and its results are not guaranteed.
The Mature Content setting is disabled by default when the App is installed. It can only be enabled by users who have confirmed they are 18 or older during registration. Enabling or disabling it is entirely the user's choice and can be changed at any time from profile settings. When disabled, Mature-tagged content is not shown in any feed.
As noted in Section 8, content that has not been properly tagged — or content that users find offensive or inappropriate — may be reported by other users.
Content that sexualises minors in any way is strictly and absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to relevant legal authorities.
Users may report posts they believe violate these terms using the report feature available on each post. Available report reasons include: inappropriate content, offensive or harmful material, spam, and mature content that has not been properly tagged. Posts that receive a significant number of reports are automatically hidden pending review. The developer reserves the right to take action on reported content at their discretion.
Repaint is a free application supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ad formats include rewarded ads (optional, to unlock features), interstitial ads (shown between interactions), and native ads (displayed within content feeds). Ad content is governed by Google's advertising policies. Repaint does not control which specific ads are served.
Repaint collects only the minimum data necessary to operate the platform.
What we collect: email address, chosen username and display name, optional profile information you provide (bio, social links), content you upload, and in-app interactions (likes, follows, messages).
What we do not collect: real name, phone number, address, government ID, location data, device contacts, or any data beyond what you explicitly provide.
Camera & Gallery: Access is requested only when you choose to upload a photo. Only the selected image is accessed. The App does not scan or store your gallery.
Image Processing & Face Data: When you upload a photo for AI artistic processing, the image is temporarily transmitted to Ataxia's secure server infrastructure solely for artistic style transfer processing. No facial recognition, biometric data extraction, facial mapping, or face identification is performed at any point. The original photo is never stored on our servers — it is permanently discarded immediately after the style transfer process is complete. Only the processed output image is saved to your account on Supabase. Processed images are permanently deleted when you delete the post or your account. Image processing is performed exclusively for the purpose of applying the selected artistic filter and for no other purpose. This data is not shared with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data broker services.
On-Device NSFW Detection: Mature content classification is performed entirely on-device using a TFLite model. No image data is sent to external servers for classification purposes. This process does not involve facial recognition or biometric data of any kind.
Data storage: All user data and processed images are stored via Supabase (EU-Central, Frankfurt), operating under GDPR-compliant infrastructure.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile > Settings.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including damages arising from user-generated content posted by others.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. The developer may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement, applicable law, or platform policies. You may terminate your account at any time through the App from Profile > Settings.
This Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. For material changes, users will be notified within the App where reasonably practicable.
